with second thoughts dribble through her knees.

a life bond of old age with circumstantial
emotion of what she is to expect.

I'll remain me, the love you once knew,
lift me from my knees with a smile, and
i promise to walk a mile in your shoes
before i express judgment.

emotions of heartbreak from actions unjustified
