Laughter

Laughter is the mask of our everyday life.

We hide behind shaded gates with a smile in hand

projecting the image people expect us to have,
 with no deep understanding of who you really 

are underneath that skin coat persona.

Chronic scars unable to heal by the constant
hurt, unveiling the blueprint of humanity

in a transparent glass case

Broken hearts swimming in a sea of tears with
not a single life jacket in sight, to prevent
it from drowning from it's lifeless broken spirit.
